Return & Refund Policy – Buvola

Thank you for shopping with Buvola. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging
• All tags must be attached
• You must provide your order number or proof of purchase

Items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Non Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Accessories
• Personalized or custom made items
• Discounted or final sale items
• Any item not in its original condition or damaged by misuse

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at buvolastore@gmail.com with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping fees are non refundable.

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
